The water has been open for a few weeks throughout the region, so get ready for another great season of Windsurfing. The Walleye Wagatta is first up for the MOWIND Race Series. It will take place May 7th at Windpower in Fond du Lac, WI.
Racing will take place only on Saturday May 7, but fun sailing will take place throughout the weekend. As always, camping is available at Windpower. This location can’t be beat for convenience to the water, leaving gear rigged all weekend, checking out new gear (and spare parts – who doesn’t need those?), and good times at Sunset Bar & Grill.
Registration fee will be $10 and racers under 18 are free. Racing will start at approximately 11:00, but possibly sooner if the wind is blowing 😉
